Energy is fuel for human anatomy, and from the food, we get this fuel. Food is the third essential element of this planet. Without food, we can’t visualize the entire universe. Food is a commodity that every creature of this planet needs for survival.
It allocate us bundle of nutrients which our body wants to be healthy. Nourishments are not only required for physical health even for mental health it plays key role. “Healthy mind lives in healthy body” this proverb speaks lot about need of want. Importance of food can’t be described in words.
We need daily bread for obvious reasons but what we are taking as meals is most important. Newton’s third law states that “Every action has equal and opposite reaction” this happens with us also, as, whatever we consume it will reflect by our mental and physical health. Many Nutritionists suggested having healthy food or food which is rich in Proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and every other nutrition which is required by our body.
Forage is essential for us but there is much food stuff which we should avoid or consume in very low amount as these stuffs having bad impact in physical as well mental level. This article is all about what should we avoid in our meal.
No. #1: Sugar
Sugar is rich source of carbohydrate and it provides instant energy but no nutrients. We should avoid taking sugar in regular basis as excess amount of sugar leads to many diseases which harm our body. We can intake natural sugar by fruits, vegetable, dry fruits and dairy products. We should avoid taking chocolates, dairy, cakes, candies, cookies, packed fruit juices. White sugar can be replaced by brown sugar. We should consume sugar but in balanced way.

Chemistry of saturated fats are little bit complicated as chain of saturated fats are bonded with single bond only. Double bond between carbon molecules reacts with hydrogen to form single bonds. There are bundle of food which are best example of saturated food especially junk food i.e. Pizza, stuffs which are deep-fried, baked food, animal fat. Hydrogenated oils are also rich source of saturated fat. High saturated fat content s also found in few dairy products which are made by whole or reduced fat milk like yogurt, ice cream, cheese and butter.
Saturated fats are very harmful for immune system as it leads to many diseases like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, which ultimately cause to death. World Health Organization had advised to reduce the amount of saturated fats in our daily diet to promote healthy life and to make our immune system strong.

Every junk food is incomplete without coke. With Pizza, Burger, Spring Roll and almost every street food demands coke to enhance its taste. We thoroughly enjoy all these meals and feels as if we are in heaven but in reality we are walking towards hell by these toxic drinks. They contain loads of sugar having zero nutrition value. Soda drinks contain all worst components which are toxic for our immune system. To increase their shelf life, producers add many chemicals and preservatives which have capacity to destroy our immune system. We should avoid taking these soda drinks.
We should replace these artificial beverages from fresh fruit juice which is full of nutrition and help to keeps us physically as well as mentally healthy.
No. #4: Alcoholic Drinks
Alcohol is globally become very popular especially between in youths of universe. Alcohol is slow poison for us as; it will destroy our immune system completely. Almost whole universe is well aware about its bad impact on human body but still everyone is busy in consuming the toxic very smartly. Alcohol can damage our liver and cardiovascular system. It can also destroy our digestive system and increase the risk of cancer. Not only diseases, it can also increase ageing process. Pneumonia and other fatal diseases can also occur by the consumption of alcohol. Alcohol undoubtedly damages our immune system badly and weak immune system invites bundle of bacteria to encounter in our body. It consumption ruin our life.
So, we should avoid consuming alcohol for ourselves as well as for life of our family members.

Across the globe Meat is first choice of many individual. They are like without meat, their survival is almost impossible. Red meat is highly in demand in many countries. No doubt meat contain nutritional value but less than fruits, vegetables, nuts or vegetarian diet. Research explains the relation between Red meat and cancer. Study revealed that main cause of causing cancer due to meat is excess amount of special sugar known as Neu5Gc. Neu5Gc is basically present in the beef, pork, lamb and bison. Neu5Gc is naturally produced by carnivorous animal. Red meat is having tremendous bad affect in our immune system. We have to understand that meat is not most nutritious food of the universe, there are bundle of their stuff which are healthier than meat. Natural food will full fill all the wants and needs of human body and heal our immune system. If you still want to intake meat, consume it but in moderate way.

Everyone is in love with deep fried food as it increase the crunchiness and taste of the food but on the other side it will affect our health in very negative manner. Due to deep frying food lose its natural water content and intake fat which in turn increase their calorie content. Fried foods are basically rich in fat and calories having zero nutritional value. Processed packet fried food are also harmful for us as they add many preservatives and hydrogen gas to increase their shelf life. Generally, hydrogenation also occurs when we heat oil to an extreme high temperature during cooking. Heating of oil can change the structure of fat and make difficult for our body to breakdown.
Therefore, we should avoid deep fried foods for our healthy life.

Generally soup is nutritious meal of the day which provides us protein, fiber and vegetables goodness, but consuming canned soup is not convenient for our immune system. Canning is method of preserving stuffs for long periods by packing them in airtight containers. Canned soup contains fewer amounts of nutrients. It contained artificial ingredients and sodium in high amount. Canned soup is very toxic for human body and it leads to several diseases.
No. #8: Pickled Food
Pickles are loved by mostly Indian people. Pickle are prepared by fermentation process and having few bacteria which are helpful for us. They are low in calories and also fat free but still there nutritional value is negligible. They have high sodium and oil content. For their preservation we use vinegar or some artificial preservatives. High salt content is very harmful for us and it can ruin our immune system.
So, if you are very fond of pickle, intake it but in moderate manner.
No. #9: Vegetable and Seed oil
Every doctor suggests us to avoid oils for better health which means oil is very harmful for us. Processed vegetable or seed oils like soybean oil,corn,canola, sunflower, safflower, peanut oil etc. are rich in unsaturated fatty acid especially omega-6s which can create imbalance in body and induce redness, swelling, irritations in whole body.
So, we should prefer virgin coconut oil and olive oil for cooking and be healthy.
No. #10: Full Fat Yogurt
Yogurt is no doubt healthy for our body but which kind of yogurt we are consuming is most important. Since, market is flooded with different varieties of yogurt, so, added flavors; preservative, artificial sweeteners are much capable to weaken our immune system. Yogurt is rich source of probiotics but we should make right choice while consuming yogurt. Bad quality yogurt leads to digestive issues.
No. #11: Caffeinated Beverage
Coffee is first drink of many people and makes us feel fresh. Caffeine can boost our concentration and memory power but still it is very harmful for human body. Researchers witness that if we consume coffee in moderate manner in that case it will balance our diet and will not ruin our immune system.
Therefore we should only consume a cup of coffee in a day.
No. #12: Cereal Bars
Cereal Bars are supposed to have healthy snacks and this is the best breakfast for human health. Since it contains artificial sugars and refined grains. Artificial sugar such as sucrose, maltose, dextrose and fructose are different kinds of sugars which can be present in Cereal Bars. So, we should try to avoid artificial sweeteners bars.

Dry fruits and natural fruit are important for human body, but dried fruits which are packed that are harmful for our health. We should avoid canned juice and fruits to promote a healthy immune system. As, packed fruits must contain preservatives and added sugars which will ruin our immune system.

Gluten allergy is very common problem peoples are facing nowadays. McKenzie states that choosing whole grain is better than having processes grains. Processed good has adverse effect on blood sugar and ruin immune system function. Therefore we should avoid taking processed grain if we really want to make our immune system strong enough against many pathogens causing several diseases.

Candies and chocolate are love of kids. They mostly prefer candies and chocolates over food. Age between 5 to 15 is most important period when our immune system is working on itself and makes it strong. White bread is very commonfood across the globe. Whenever we are hungry but we don’t want to cook the food we prefer consuming bread but it has zero nutritional value. It is made by refined flour of whole wheat and by fermentation process. Many bacteria’s are also involved in this process. White bread can rise blood sugar very rapidly. It can cause type-2 diabetes. Regular basis of consumption can lead to increase in weight and sometimes even it cause depression.

For sure ice creams are very delicious but it is loaded with sugar. Contain tons of calories which are very harmful and can damage our immune system. It leads to many deadly diseases. We should try to avoid more sugary food, and prefer jiggery over white sugar.
No. #20: Most Fast Food Meals
Fast food is the love of almost every person. We all love to eat junk food of streets. They are full of taste but having zero nutritional value. They are not even fresh sometimes. Fast foods are hub of many pathogen as well as several diseases. For a change having fast food is fine but being depended on fast food can destroy our immune system very badly. Junk food mostly leads to liver infection.
Therefore, we should avoid eating junk food and start having healthy homemade food.
Conclusion
If we have strong immune system in that case many pathogen cannot harm us. Our body is ready to fight against the bacteria causing diseases. This is our responsibility to keep our immune system strong enough so, that it can fight against many bacteria. We should add garlic and ginger in our daily diet because they promote good health and strong immune system. Try to avoid all above mentioned foods and drink if you really want to be healthy.
